3-All's well that ends well In life usually most things end up well Take in ur stride the few ups & downs & be happy Do not worry of ''what could'' easier said than done but believe in urself & life will sail smoothly

4- ur child is with u for 9 months in ur body & the next few yrs in ur lap &hugs But for the rest of ur life lives in ur heart

5-Life is too short for drama or petty things, so laugh hard, love truly and forgive quickly. Live While You Are Alive. Forgive now those who made you cry. You might not get a second time

6-U make ur own destiny -not the lines on ur palm Be focused with a little help/push from God above but always with ur hard work honestly & sincerely

FAMILY

FAMILY

Every person born into this world has a FAMILY .A long lineage of which we may know fairly well only till a few generation of the past - mainly may be till the past of out great great grand parents Unless someone in the family makes a effort to make a Family tree This task is a difficult one as with the years & children growing out & moving out into the wide world makes it difficult to keep each one tied with a thread. Everyone is so busy in their own world makes this difficult.One is mostly involved in the nuclear family Just the own immediate family members .Yet it is so much fun to know as many relatives as possible .Here in India we have a festival called Ganesh chaturthy where all the family members make it a point to come back to their native place-ancestral home & celebrate. Many a times even members living abroad make it a point to come for this festival.This is a good way for the whole extended family older & the younger generation to meet & know each other. Living together for a few days is a good way to know each other. Keeping in touch once a year makes the family bond stronger I am sure this sought of occasion must be there all over the world Like the Thanks Giving in the USA

There are some families who does not want to keep this bond as they have or rather create problems & fight with each other This is mainly over property or money All material things-which we can live without if we have a strong bond of love keeping us tied to each other.

BIRTHDAY

I will be completing my seven decades on this planet tomorrow. How time goes by. I still remember my happy & carefree childhood in Srilanka. The colours are so vibrant , the sounds are so clear the images so well imprinted in my memory. I feel I can just look back & step into this era so easily& feel so comfortable too !! From this point I can also see my future up to this date & realise what a long path I have travelled

we all have our ups& downs sadness & joy too From this perch from where I am now I can feel only the happy times or rather want to remember the good times. Life is a mixture & enjoyed like the ''Khichdi '' we eat.It is up to us to add spices or some vegetables or any other things close to our heart to make this ''Khichdi'' more palatable

Life has been a calm river or torrential with floods overflowing the banks or a gentle stream or a beautiful water fall.

I am lucky & grateful to all who have made my life so. Mostly to that unseen power above who has written & paved my path for me. Given me directions when in doubt & led me gently over the roughness of life.

Thanks to beautiful life & this planet .

LIFE

To Be Alive

One do not realise what it is to be alive till the time when we think we have reached the brink & nowhere to go.

I experienced the same about 10 days ago when I underwent a major Surgery I Thought that this is it & I will never comeback.I was awake till I was told that I will be sleeping soon. The last words of the Doctor [Anaesthetic] then I do not know after how long I could see some light & the first thought that came to my mind is -thank GOD I can see daylight & I am still here Oh what a lovely light this was

A few moments later my daughter kavita came & shook me gently & said ''Mummy'' then only I realised that I had not fallen from the brink that I had reached

I must be very grateful to all those prayers from my dear ones & to God to allow me this BONUS for whatever length of time HE wants me to have.

A NEW DAY

A NEW DAY

Each new day that dawns is a completely new one as God created it to be But we try to make it similar to the past one-the yesterday It is out attitude that we try to make it similar May be because we are yet not ready to tread a different path

The same rigmarole of the out routine makes the new day worn out & makes us tired Trading on different paths will make our life more interesting

Yes I do agree that some things have to be dome routinely But I am also sure that we can always find some time may be 15 minutes or more to make things a bit different Do something which we want to do,plan something -think of something different I am sure if we can change our mind set tyhen each new day would be a really different NEW DAY

TWO SIDES OF A COIN

yes I believe all living thing have two sides whether it is a human animals world or plant world

Heads one wins & tails we lose

A Mr Jekyll & Hyde is there in all of us - it depends who gets the upper hand & at what time in our lives

I believe we are mostly good in our lifetime those few who are bad due to their own circumstances they go wayward & we have the so called ''baddies'' of our society Every one is born innocent & it takes the same process to be born so then what causes the ''bad'' to come out & how?? For a short period or life long ? I believe it is the environment & society & wrong advice that makes one so

In the animal world too I feel goes through the same process For example a fruit bearing tree will give a good harvest whatever the circumstances but on the other hand under the same circumstances it will nor bear fruit as it should Is this a tantrum??

The same goes in the animal kingdom too A domesticated pet dog who is always subservient & at your beck & call & loves the owner to distraction taking anything you dole out to him one day suddenly may bite the hand that feeds him injure & tear one apart without any prior notice about the mood is it the ''bad'' in him that suddenly comes out? or is it some other reason? One will never know

We can only assume & try to give a reason for such a behaviour

well there are many what & why that we have no answer to
